MEN OF VISION
The Men of Vision (MoV) department is one ministry of the church which consists of men 18 years and older that are members of the Kingston Open Bible Church. This ministry seeks to engage our men, building them up spiritually, emotionally and socially. This particular kind of building and upliftment is executed through the planning and organization of varying evangelistic and social outreach programs and events.
These include, though not limited to, street meetings, monthly prayer meetings and visitations of the sick and shut- in men of the Church. The MOV is also involved in the engagement of football and other social events in an effort at reaching our men who are unsaved or still growing spiritually.
This department meets every first Sunday and first Friday evenings. On first Sundays, the focus is usually based on the discussion and unpacking of a special and contemporary topic of interest to the men geared at enabling the development of the whole person. Fridays are a time of prayer and giving thanks to God. All new male members are encouraged to be involved in this powerful, wide-ranging and spiritually uplifting ministry of the Church
